    No parking. Had to circle for nearly 10mins to find somewhere to park. Hours are SHORTER than normal ft working hrs...8:30-4:00pm. After circling to park, arrived literally at 4:01pm, staff standing by door stated they couldn't serve me, to come back next day. Have to ask boss for another hour off work due to SERVICE Canada's terrible customer service.

    Parking downtown sucks, but that's not Service Canada's fault. They've got clearly posted hours, and do their job. Good enough.
