    I had a funeral to attend. They had a car ready for my to pickup on a saturday morning. No extra charges. Had the vehicle for a week and was very pleased with the total at the end of it all. Great rates and nice new vehicles.

    Had a new person working there. Didn't tell me about the extra fees I would have to pay for an extra driver, they only allow you to go 200km a day (which she didn't tell us) and get charged for extra kms, very limited selection, and also charge for a license fee. They rip you off by telling you they are giving you a deal for $40 a day, beyond disappointed.

    Not friendly! Rude! There was problems picking up the car and returning it! Two weeks before I stopped to rent a car and there was a lady telling me how bad other rental places in Brockville were!
