    Great sales team. I have dealt with 3 different reps to buy a complete house full. I recieved a defective couch and Brenda had a brand new one out delivered to me within days when my next items came in she delivered it all for free. I had a HUGE problem with the Brick on hunt club in ottawa and I think if it was not for Brenda i would have not got anywhere at all with that store. I would recommend this The Brick to everyone due to the great staff and extended help they give when there is an issue.

    Very bright clean store. Sales person was helpful but not pushy. Staff needs to sharpen up on company specials not good when customer knows what is on sale and they dont

    Family bought a fridge. Rick was super helpful - not even remotely pushy and very informative. Would definitely recommend you go talk to him if you need anything.
