  The store is nice and has decent products but the customer service in this place is crap. Every time I visit the store I receive extremely below average customer service and the employees are just downright rude. I will not be returning.

  I would love to be able to support this local business, but unfortunately, every time I walk in the store I am ignored, no hello, no smile or acknowledgement. This has happened on several occasions. When I walk next door to another business who also sells clothing, I am always greeted by the friendly owner who mentions their current promotions and asks if I can be helped. This is how you run a business. Sorry Limestone, maybe you could learn a thing or two from your neighbour.

  I love this store. They carry tons of quality brand names, as well as a few others [Canadian content included] I hadn't heard of previously but am glad I did [i.e. Miik, cut•loose]. If you just want to browse they don't bother you, however if you need help they're there for you. They have great promotions; on my second visit I was informed of the fact that the racks of women's summer clothing I was interested in, running almost the entire length of the store were all half price. I returned several more times and thanks to the honest feedback I received from the staff [after trying on half the merchandise in the store and asking for their opinion] I've received many compliments on the outfits I purchased. One of the most versatile items I bought was a finely knit shrug; I was grief stricken when I managed to put a hole in [via the hook and eye on my dress] it the first time I wore it. On my next visit I told one of the Patricia's [I believe there are two, they're both totally awesome and I really hope I got the name correct] who work there; she told me exactly how to fix it [even wrote it down] and it's as good as new. I'm not exaggerating [this time] when I say this is one of, if not "the best" place to shop for clothing [and shoes] in Brockville.

  Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable about the boots being bought and she welcomed our puppy into the shop!
